• We do our best to trim away any threads where the machine changes colors on both the outside and inside. If we miss one, snip it off and use a lighter to lightly sear the end.
• We are a small, family-run & veteran owned business. My wife and I work long hours trying to ensure our customers are taken care of and making product. If you send us a message, we will reply, but sometimes we also may be away from the shop doing family stuff.

• Each hat and beanie is placed in a plastic bag and sealed, then placed inside a cardboard box (9x7x5 for hats, 6x6x6 for beanies) This ensures your hat doesn't get squished or damaged if mishandled by the postal service.
• Shipping pricing is managed by eBay. We have zero control over this. If you add all your items to the cart, when you checkout, eBay will calculate the weight we have each hat listed to give you the correct shipping cost. They send us the label, we do not "pocket" anything from this.
